Cant believe i completly forgot to post yesterday grrrrrrr
I thought i better do a little update anyway
Breakfast i had a HIFI bar cup of tea with sweetner and an apple
Lunch was a big jacket potato with baked beans and red onion and a muller light toffee yoghurt and some grapes.
I also had a mug shot tomato and basil one which were actually really nice :-) and another
Dinner i had slimming world pork and apple burgers again they are sooooooooo good and i had home made chips with peas mushrooms and 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup (1 syn)
I really fancied something sweet and had a weight watchers chocolate dessert which was (3 syns)
So overall i had a really good day xx
