My Stirfry :-)

So the other night i finished swimming at 8:15pm and was so hungry when i got home so made myself a massive stir fry !!
I know that everyone probally knows how to make a stir fry but this is just the way i done it and it was so good !!

You will need
  • Beansprouts
  • Water chestnuts
  • Pak choi
  • Baby Sweetcorn
  • Mange Tout
  • 1 Onion
  • Mushrooms ( i have chestnut and white mushrooms)
  • Light soy sauce
  • Fresh or lazy garlic
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Fry Light
  • Lean meat if you wish to add
  • Dried noodles
So i heat up a wok with a few squirts of fry light then i add the garlic ginger and onion dont leave them too long or they will burn and be minging !!
Then add all the vegetables but keeping some of the beansprouts to one side stirfry untill the vegetables are too your liking i like mine a little softer then ill add soy sauce to create a sauce for the dish.
While this is cooking then put your noodles on to cook and once there soft add them to the wok with the veggies (after they have been drained of course)
Just before you take it off the heat add in the beansprouts you kept to the side so the add extra crunch :-)

Also if you wanted to add meat to the dish just cook the meat first then add all the veggies and what not after :-)

Garnish with fresh  and some chilli flakes and your all done :-)
