Hey guys was just thinking of helpfull things that are convienant for dinner if you have a busy life-style
These are all under 5 syns each on the EE Plan :-)

Bake to perfection chicken dishes they range from 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 syns each

These i found have been really helpfull especially if you are in a rush and pushed for time :-) remember to have your 1/3 a plate of veggie goodness :-)

Update on plan :-)
I am officialy usless !!! I have been so busy at the moment i have been so busy i havnt really had time to post in here but i really wanna get back to it as i found it really helped me with the best weeks i have had :-)
So since the last time i posted i have managed to get my 1stone and my 1 and 1/2 stone awards !!! then last night i lost another 3 1/2 lb whice gave me my club 10 award for losing 10% of my body weight since starting slimming world !!
I still have a way to go but hell i am loving life at the moment getting my last award has made me so pumped !!
I am trying a new body magic regime
Monday - Aqua Latio ( it is so fun)
Tuesday - Zumba
Wednesday - 15-20 lengths swim before i get weighed
Thursday - Nothing!!
Friday - Zumba
Saturday - Nothing
Sunday - Aqua Areobics
This really seems to be working for me at the moment but i know i will need to up my game soon to still get the good weightloss results !
I am still on the hunt for low syn bits a pieces and i will definitly start posting on here again :-)

My Stirfry :-)
So the other night i finished swimming at 8:15pm and was so hungry when i got home so made myself a massive stir fry !!
I know that everyone probally knows how to make a stir fry but this is just the way i done it and it was so good !!
You will need
Then add all the vegetables but keeping some of the beansprouts to one side stirfry untill the vegetables are too your liking i like mine a little softer then ill add soy sauce to create a sauce for the dish.
While this is cooking then put your noodles on to cook and once there soft add them to the wok with the veggies (after they have been drained of course)
Just before you take it off the heat add in the beansprouts you kept to the side so the add extra crunch :-)
Also if you wanted to add meat to the dish just cook the meat first then add all the veggies and what not after :-)
Garnish with fresh and some chilli flakes and your all done :-)

- Mange Tout
